What is important in over 40 bodybuilding?

Bodybuilding at advanced ages like 40 should concentrate on body weight exercises and cardio because a person at the age of 40 is likely to have weak body organs like heart, lungs and bones.  During the process, at least 20 minutes of the allocated time should be dedicated to weight exercises and cardio.  Physical exercises suitable for over 40 bodybuilding include walking, squats, push-ups, swimming, hiking and running.
A maximum of four repetitions should be done on any of the exercises chosen so as not to overstress the muscles.  Overstressing the muscles can lead to injuries, which would take time to heal due to slower body growth and repair.  Including Nitric Oxide in health supplements or daily diet is a sure way to increase endurance in your body and effectively perform the workouts that are required to develop the body muscles.  The diet and supplements should be rich in proteins, vitamins, fiber and energy in order to simplify the process of muscle development and workouts.
